Hi All,

I've been coming to this website for some time now, and I must say its pack with tons of information, that has been extremely helpful. I've been following a dream of my to complete this new development of a luxury estate complex in the heart of South Africa (7 units averaging about $350,000 to $400,000.... just a estimate!)

The wonderful thing is that its based literally across the street from the Oprah Winfrey School... highly acclaimed school... It reported that when she comes to South africa (which is regularly) she spends her time at the school... it's also reported that she's building her holiday house right next door to the school (price of property has literally tripled in value since the openning of the school).

My question is, I see major potential for selling my luxury family homes, but I'd like to get into selling to the interantional market. How could I go about doing that? What step would need to take to get in touch with various international agents?

I'm really trying to make contact with any sort of Agents that could potential market the properties... and that see potential in it!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
