International Investment - Poland
Hi
I have been studying the Poland real estate market and it looks quite promising. Exchange rate is favorable too and the place is also well connected to other European cities. As a non EU citizen, I will need a permit to purchase certain types of properties, except for residential (unit in an apartment).
Does anyone have any experience to share about properties in this country? Thank you

@Dexter K. HEy, I am living in Poland now, this permit should not be too difficult to get depending on what type of investment! Let's connect! I think there might be really good opportunites to hit HOME RUNS in PL!
