Austin entry price SFH
My husband is looking at a job south of Cedar Park. We are hoping to be within 30 min and under $300k with value-add opportunity. Is this doable? I know the sales prices are significantly higher than the lists.
We have 3 kids and animals, so at least 3 bed and a safe/walkable area. We’re handy and have done reno on previous houses, but it would need to be livable during the process. We lived in South Austin for a brief stint about 10 years ago, but that’s the limit of our familiarity. Shoulda bought then!
Thanks for your insight..

Cedar Park is closing 117% of list YTD. It's bananas. I agree with @Jordan Moorhead - go northwest on 183 to Liberty Hill or hang a left on 29 and head towards Bertram for that price point. Stop when you qualify!
