Single Bedroom Rental Estimates
When it comes to SFH house-hacking, how are folks coming up with estimates for single bedroom rentals? My typical tools for duplexes (Rentometer / MLS) don't work super well in this case since they assume you're renting out the whole unit.
Should I lurk around on Craigslist? Facebook Marketplace? Would love any thoughts / ideas. Thanks!

Hey Stephanie! What I did with my househack my I checked the average 1 bedroom/ 1 bath rentals in my immediate area. That gave me an anchor wherein I offered a little bit lower compared to the average then threw in "all utilities" paid. Had 22 inquiries in less than a week.
