Austin area lenders taking on Re-fi's right now?
Hi everyone,
It seems like most lenders are prioritizing purchase transactions in the Austin area. Does anyone have recommendations on lenders willing to do refi's currently? Thanks!

I have used Barton Creek Lending several times and they are great. Certainly negotiate and get other quotes from others like Better.com and online brokers from Bankrate.com. I am closing on a primary residence refi tomorrow with Better.com that cost me nothing at 2.5%...get that cheap $ while it lasts.
