What are you seeing MF complex's pay on the leasing commission side here in Austin? Who do you know that is a great locator ?

@Lexi Teifke Hey Buddy! I sponsor a few people, as a broker that do apartment locating and I will do it from time to time if there is good money to be made. Heck I will do most anything that comes down the pike if there is good money to be made. When I first got started in real estate in 2002 I did 33 leases in one month...good money! The commissions vary by submarket and the occupancy. Generally most places offer 100% of one month rent. If its a new building then its sometimes more if the banks are breathing down their necks. For example, Crestview Commons is offering 150% and 1 and half month free rent. They are obviously feeling the pressure. That is the extreme. It varies. I hope that helps!
