Howdy! Allow me to reintroduce myself to Austin
I am not new to biggerpockets but I am new to Austin. I have now lived in North Austin for 3 months, moving here from Los Angeles. I am originally from Utah though. I currently have 3 SFH's in Kansas City that are doing great. I researched for a year before my first purchase then bought 2 more about a year later.
Currently, I am renting to get familiar with the area. All of my SFH's are nicer than my apartment which saves me a lot of money to put towards the next investment. Once my lease is up, I plan on buying a 2-4 plex and house hacking. I also am looking into getting my real estate license while continuing my W2 job. Now that I am settled from the move I look forward to meeting many of you at the local meet ups. If I can be any help to anyone don't hesitate to reach out.
