Any great realtors in Austin TX for first time buyer/investor?

Hi all, I'm brand new to Bigger Pockets (although I have been listening to the Podcast for the past year or so.) My boyfriend, who's family is in Dallas, is looking to buy a fixer/rental property in Austin, TX. Could anyone recommend me an honest, reliable realtor that has experience in investment properties? He's looking to buy a SFR under $300,000. Also if you have any advice on buying in Austin, areas, tips etc... I would love to hear your input! Thanks!
