Austin Apartment Assocation?
Hi folks,
Is anyone here a member of the AAA? I'm considering paying the 200$ so I can use the standard Texas Apartment Association leases that are common in my area. Does anyone have any experience with these associations?
Any thoughts would be great...
Thanks

I have also thought about the same thing. My attorney recommended it if you want just the standard lease agreements and forms that come with membership. He said their forms seem to stand up in court. I have also thought about it for the networking but I have yet to meet anyone that is a member of the association.
