Affordable Dallas area escrow?
I am considering buying a 3/2 SFR using a typical house hack approach with VA loan in Dallas. Shopping around for cheap escrow services. I don't need the title insurance, just a company to handle the settlement paperwork/escrow etc. $400 per transaction side is what I've found so far ($800 total). Anyone got a recommendation on dirt cheap escrow services?? Thank you! (also accepting recommendations on VA lenders who dont pack their loans with BS fees). Thanks again.

Regarding your VA lender, I recommend Tyler Hodgson with NXT Mortgage. I'm an agent and one of my recent clients got a VA loan with NXT Mortgage- Tyler was very responsive at all hours and did the VA loan in our tight 3 week timeframe. I always recommend my clients get fee sheets from a few different lenders to compare. If you are doing this, I encourage to get a fee sheet from Tyler! You should be able to look him up here on BP to contact him.
