Hi BP,

Thank you in advance for reading my post. Does anyone have a good referral for a real estate agent that is experienced with investment/ rental property? Specifically, I have a client that is looking to house hack, so he looking for a duplex or triplex. He lives in the San Antonio area and is ready to buy now when the right unit is available.

I would recommend Frank Gallegos with San Antonio's Finest Realty or @Joseph Cacciapaglia with PMI Birdy Properties.
