Looking for PM in San Antonio and Insurance agent

Hey All,

I've gotten in contract for my first investment property! :) (4-plex) in San antonio.

I am needing recommendations for a property manager in the area, as well as an homeowner insurance agent.

I'm not sure all the items I need to be looking for in an insurance policy, as well as the competitive quote or monthly payments I should be seeing for the area. If anyone could enlighten me that would be awesome.
