What's going on with Houston RE Market? Never seen before...

Glad to connect again via this post. Hope you all well and being careful even with all lock downs being relaxed. Do not take your chance. I have lost a close family member and also many of our family suffered the consequence for not taking serious..
Anyhow, let me get to the topic. What's going on with the Houston market? I am sure if you are actively making offers you would concur with me. It's totally hideous and ridiculous at times. Bidding war is all over the place whether it's houses around 150k or 1M if the location is good. With low supply, low interest rates, people going on shopping spree to move out and buy homes or something. It's been hard to get any offer accepted unless you are cash buyer or well over asking.
I have told many of my investor clients who want to buy conventional to hold off and wait a bit until market settles and see direction next year.
