Establishing Strong Contacts

Lately I've been trying to establish the right connections in RE, but as we all know, sincere/hardworking people are hard to come by. 

Anyone have successful contacts in the following fields? I'll pay for their service as a REI/send people their way as a RE Agent.

To be clear, I'm not looking for general companies, but rather, trusted individuals.
