Hi Chattanooga, Im looking for affordable land to build on.
If you are a land agent in the area I would love to chat with you about this. Ive never purchased land before and I have concerns about zoning, topography, access, Bears lol, impact fees, and those kinds of things to name a few. I just moved from Chicago to Atlanta shortly before Covid hit to do some investing here, but Ive decided to explore TN instead. Thanks so much for reading.
@Angelique F. The zoning will be different for each city in the state of Tennessee. Do you have a location in mind?

Hi Mr. Britt, yes! Im looking at the following counties, only because I was advised they could be more affordable as they are outside the city. Polk, Meigs, Bradley and Sequatchie.
Well alrighty then. Crickets!
Hi Angelique, I have an affordable property for sale in Sequatchie County. Its 5 wooded acres, which will give you tons of privacy and is just a short drive to downtown

Thank you Allison, would love to hear more.
Angelique if you need someone to build a house for you I’m in Sequatchie county and build new construction homes.
@Angelique F. Those counties except for Bradley county will be easier build than the city.
