Hey guys!

Michael here. I'm based out of Seattle, Washington - however, my girlfriend's family lives in Nashville so we make trips out once or twice a year. I'm looking to buy a rental property near Nashville Yards - I was wondering anyone would like to connect so I could learn more about the sorts of opportunities available there?
