I'm under contract for my first properties in Memphis and am looking for recommendations for a home inspector.  Let me know who you guys use.

the most thorough inspector is Asher Murray. Used by many turnkey providers, if I was buying in Memphis I would call him. His pricing is also reasonable. His report is also easiest to understand c every item marked has a picture with it.
