Coin op laundry vendor for smaller buildings
I was hoping to find someone who would put in machines and run them in a couple of fiveplexs, but am coming up dry.
Anyone know a vendor that might do this? Or have an alternate suggestion? The only thing I can think of is charging a rent add-on for access to the laundry room then paying for the power, water, maintenance myself and I really prefer not to do that...
