Which companies are great to use for double close? What's the average cost?

@Deb- you can successfully do a double closing with almost any closing attorney if it's a all cash deal. Have your end buyer wire funds to the attorney  long before closing. I would suggest you attend the local investment meeting "MIG" to find a investor friendly attorney.
