Looking to invest in Pittsburg

Hi All,

My name is Jing Hoyer. I am a real estate broker in Colorado and live in Colorado Springs.  I am interested in investing in the Ambridge area.  It looks like that Shell is planning a big development in town.  I would really appreciate any insight anyone might have as to how good the neighborhood is and economic development potential (future appreciation potential).  I am also looking for a good home inspector.

I would be happy to offer any assistance should anyone be interested in CO.

Thank you!
