Looking for landscaping/gardening recommendations

Everyone, 

    I'm in the East End, and am currently looking for someone to take care of some smallish landscaping tasks--clean out old flowerbeds, put down weed barrier and mulch, and possibly put down pavers or bricks in a curb strip.  Can anyone make a suggestion?  I will also have some retaining wall and tree trimming maintenance to look out for down the road, so it would be nice to find someone that could do it all, but not necessary.  I'm currently getting an estimate from J. D. landscaping...has anyone used them?
