Lost a job/ seeking a job

Even in the peak of the pandemic, i still had to go to work every single day. one would think that i had a pretty secure job...Yesterday the owners of the company i worked at got together to review financials, and the company was tens of millions behind schedule- well today i was let go.

I see this as an opportunity to finally follow my dreams in real estate. there is nothing that i want more than to immerse myself in the industry and do everything i can to be the best investor i can be. I coincidentally already have my real estate salesperson exam scheduled for August 22nd. now that i have more free time i may be able to bump that up sooner and get started with that.

Being employed throughout the entirety of the pandemic until now, seeing unemployment numbers rise by millions- i never really felt it. But I am writing this post to share my story, and to let any other BP members in the same shoes know that you aren't alone. Dont let this setback ruin your success, i see this as a kick in the a$$ to get moving and do the things i need to do to create and be in control of my own success.

in the mean time if anyone out there knows of any opportunities in the PA area, please let me know. I have resume's on hand! If all goes well i should be licensed soon as well!

Hi Brandon,

I don't know what you do (or are capable of doing), but Rogue Fitness is "Expanding".

They are the leading provider of American Made strength & conditioning equipment.

They are in Ohio (which would be a relocate), but it's better than being unemployed.

(If you get a job there, maybe you can make me some new fitness equipment!)

Here are some info links if you're interested.

Good Luck!

That headquarters has really helped that neighborhood in Columbus, Ohio (Milo-Grogan) out
