Seeking architect recommendations for Center City Flip

Hi BP folks, 

Looking for an architect to work with on my next flip.  I'll be doing all the standard renovations however, will also be adding a 3rd story and roof deck.  I'm hoping to find someone who is well versed in the eClipse system, knows the ins and outs so we can expedite permitting.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
