Where to find Actual rents?
I need to dispute an appraisal for which the appraiser pulled rents from MLS from as far back as two years. He said he is willing to adjust if I can find Actual rents that are more in line with the current market. Does anybody have a lead on where I can find this data beyond door knocking?
