University of Akron Student Housing...thoughts?

Hi Everyone!

What are your thoughts on Student Housing for UofA? I'm looking at a portfolio just south of Exchange in the heart of student housing neighborhoods. I was told there is more supply than demand now, and I know over that admissions have been slipping over the last handful of years. 

Anyone here own UoA student housing?
