Seeking Property managers for Toledo Ohio

Good afternoon all.  I'm a newbie in process of searching for my 1st investment property in Toledo, OH with my realestate agent.  I am an out of state investor so I will need to hire a great property management agency to care for the home.  Any good recommendations out there?   Also planning on paying cash for the property so I will need to search for a title company as well.  I've already looked into Midland Title but would like to know which others ones have been great to work with.
