In Search of House Flippers in NW ohio

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for individuals in the Northwest Ohio area who are currently flipping houses. I am a mechanical engineer from Bowling Green and I will be doing my own flips on the side during the beginning of 2017. I am looking for flippers who I can help and maybe partner up with in the future. Therefore, I am willing to offer my skills to help solve any problem you may have in order to contribute to your success. Which could include but not limited to:

1) Help with any rehab construction you may need 

2) Utilize my design experience to perhaps design new floor plans, new constructions, presentations etc. 

3) Create any documentation or forms you may need (excellent Microsoft office skills)

4) I could find potential deals in your market. 

I am very ambitious and eager to get started and would love the opportunity to work with you.
