Walnut Hills In Cincinnati

What type of rental demand is there in this corner of Walnut Hills?  (see red box in map below)   I understand East Walnut Hills (I think) and the gentrification underway there.  And I also understand the Class A demand in Walnut Hills (e.g., tenants in Windsor Flats, etc).

But -- is there a strong rental market for renovated duplexes and triplexes?   I'm working thru the economics of a couple duplexes/triplexes and thinking about what rent figures are reasonable/attractive to this neighborhood.

I can certainly build a longer term investment thesis around this area (in red), since it connects Mt Adams to East Walnut Hills. It might take a long while, but it does appear to be a "path of progress" connector between these 2 neighborhoors.

This area is turning around and will do so exponentially as many developments are littering Walnut Hills. The streets that border Eden Park and East Walnut Hills have received higher rents than the area you selected. That being said your selected area will likely have more opportunity for value-add.

There are a ton of developments under construction in WH currently.
