Hey everyone

My name is Noah Mehrle. I am a soon to be CWRU Accounting graduate that also has his Ohio Real Estate license. I have been interested in real estate investing for years. I have saved money, read books...just about everything. I want to get my feet wet. The only problem is I am going to school one more year for my Masters. I will have some income, but not enough to qualify for a loan. Connect with me...maybe we can figure something out.

Thanks

Good time to get started. I did the same at 22, started working with a wholesaler and now I’m owning rentals.

I’d ask my friends, family, aunts and uncles for start up money. Easy pitch. Plus they know you better than a stranger. Maybe find a co-signer too. Tenants in common is allowed on deeds so it doesn’t have to be a family member, it could be a high income friend.
