Land Use and Zoning Use
I am looking at a property in Shaker Heights. On the county website, it is showing that the land use is 2 family plotted but the zoning use is 1 family detached <1000. Is this still considered a duplex? Or what do I need to do for zoning use to be changed to 2 family?
FYI I have not been inside this property yet.
