Looking in Columbus Ohio
I'm heading to Columbus, calling all PM's, lenders, contractors and wholesalers. I am looking to build a portfolio of multifamily properties. Let's talk. I have been working with a great agent, but open to talk to anyone local to the market to build my network in the area.

@Casey Christensen What size are you looking for?
@Noam Adler - I am primarily looking for 2-4-plexes, but want to go bigger and will go bigger as soon as I am able. I am focused on the BRRRR strategy and want to find deals that need work and have that opportunity.
Following, looking for similar to @Casey Christensen
@Pete M. I would recommend connecting with @Remington Lyman he is the agent I have been working with in Columbus. He is really knowledgeable on the area and works with several investors from out of state.

Here comes more out of state investors that will drive the market..
I was looking around Franklinton the other day and the prices are so stupid..

Nothing compares to Toronto.. maybe Vancouver right now..
But I was looking at houses in Franklinton about 3 years ago and some spots litterly tripled in price..
