A Newbie international investor looking for her core 4

Hello Everyone,

My name is Aviv, and I am accidentally doing things a bit backward. You're supposed to find your core four and then start looking for properties but I found a property I am potentially interested in before starting to look for my core four.

I'm looking to invest in small multifamily properties in Durham NC. I've read all the BP books and have spent hundreds of hours listening to podcasts but now I am ready to pull the trigger.

I'm an overseas newbie investor looking for an investor-friendly realtor, a lender who works with investors abroad, a reliable contractor, and a property management team.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Aviv
