Obtaining Public Records

Hey BP family!

I have a question.

I am an active investor in Mecklenburg County area and am looking into ways to obtain the following leads:

Notice of Default/Lis pendants

Active or Dismissed Liens

Active or Dismissed Bankruptcies

Active Divorce filings with real estate property involved

I'd love any guidance on where to look and who to inquire to within Mecklenburg County records. So far, I have been listening to lots of voicemails and not much actual information on where to obtain these public records.

Cheers! :)
