New York Real Estate Purchase agreement

Hi,

I am a newbie here in Brooklyn NYC and i just got of the phone with a guy who wants to sell his land. Currently nothing sits on the lot so its all set for a developer to do his/her thing. I already have a few who may be interested. The land sits in East New York which is as hot as the rest of Brooklyn. I will meet with the seller Monday to get the rest of the pertinent information and get the land under contract. the only problem is i don't have a contract. Where can i find a New York State Real Estate Purchase agreement?

Also if there is a Real Estate attorney who is reading this and works in Brooklyn, or if anyone is reading this and knows of an attorney that they have worked with in the past who works in Brooklyn NYC please reach out to me. I think its time for me to employ some people who are smarter than me and who can help me run my business and stay compliant.
