Las Vegas dubbed the comeback kid per news article, see link below. Las Vegas was the hardest hit during the 2008 recession, and lost close to 50% market value. Now, make a huge comeback.  To me it makes sense, hardest hit means more room for recovery. While many metros in Southern California, recovered and past their peak prices, Las Vegas only recovered about 75% off their peak.
