Ballwin Help - Reputable Rehabber/Wholesaler

Reaching out to any fellow BP'ers in Ballwin Missouri.  

I have distant family there who have two houses that they need taken off their hands asap.  Due to unforeseen medical issues, both homes need to be sold as-is and fairly quickly.  Full details are on the way but per the sellers words both houses need work and are not fit for the open market.  

I would love to speak to a reputable agent, wholesaler, or rehabber about the market there.  The biggest motivator here is time so I want to make sure I deal with someone who actually has the funds to close.  

Any referrals, PM's, or insight would be most helpful.
