Advice on a property in Florissant, Missouri (St Louis)
Hey BP and St Louis! Help me evaluate a property...
- Fully Rehabbed (pristine)
- 3 bed 1.5 bath
- on Saint Catherine St. (Florissant, MO 63031)
- 1222 sf
How realistic is $1,150/mo rent? Automatic? Total stretch?
Is this an A-... B+... B class neighborhood? What's it like?
Totally appreciate the input!
Also, if anyone knows a lender in Missouri that's great for refi loans, I'd appreciate the info. Gonna need one in a few months.
Thanks, on Thanksgiving weekend, from an island far, far away!!!
Ted

Rent might be a stretch. $1,050 would be possible. $1,100 is normal for a 2 bath. Area is a B to B- for most areas in Florissant. You might want to look into the new ordinance in Florrisant. They do not allow anyone to rent properties if you do not live within 50 miles of the property.
