We wanted to share the before/after photos.

This home originally had 2 bedrooms with a single bathroom accessible only by walking through a bedroom. It also had some foundation and layout issues. When we acquired it, it was boarded up with personal belongings left behind. We jacked up the sagging floor, reinforced the foundation, and closed off/opened up doorways to solve the flow. We also discovered a window with glass intact between the living room and porch! The transformation was so wonderful that the property was sold before we even had the chance to put it on the market.
