What would be a good strategy to acquire a pool of non performing notes financed with private money ???

I recommend the original poster start reading more on this post. There have been a lot of simple questions that have already been answered 1000x here on BP and you are all over the place with the questions. Learn from BP and read several note investing books. If you want to be in the business and learn as quickly as possible that is the way to go. It just seems like you are blindly asking questions and not learning anything.
