2013 Northern Arizona Tax Lien results

A couple of notes about the Arizona Yavapai county tax lien sale completed yesterday. Looking at the preliminary results Prelim only because investors have to pay the balance by 5 PM MT time tonight. If they don't pay their liens go to OTC status.

Comparing this year to last year:
Total # of liens sold:
2013 - 2,380
2012 - 2,494

Total $ of liens sold:
2013 - $3.4 million
2012 - $4.7 million

Average Interest Rate per lien paid:
2013 - 6.55%
2102 - 10.54%

Here are the top ten investors by total dollars invested:
