Hey, Started to gate tapes from different sellers recently and i noticed a few columns which i'm not sure how to interpret and what is their impact - Corporate Advances/Deferred Balance, can anyone shed some light? isn't those part of the total legal balance?

@Andy Mirza

Little inside secret for all investors- ALWAYS get this info from the seller prior to loan transfer. Reason why is when it gets boarded with your servicer I have had many many instances where my servicer missed the advances because the sellers servicer May have zeroed it out in there books. I had one loan with equity that had a $40k delta.
