New PPR Reliant Liquidity Fund. Thoughts

Hello all,

I am new in the REI game. Looking for a passive way to start earning additional income as an accredited investor.I Have heard great things about dave van horn and PPR. Does anyone has recent experience investing in their funds or performing notes? I just started reading a few books including dave van horn's book on note investing. While I continue to gain knowledge on REI the idea of starting in with a well respected company an a diversify note fund to start my first deal sounds very appealing. Any comments are greatly appreciated! Thanks
