RE notes accounting software (quicken?)
I hold some RE notes. About 10, totaling $1M or so. It is one of my main sources of income. I am a seasoned RE investor, now mostly retired, other than notes.
I would like an easy way to keep track of the notes, and generate 1098s at the end of the year. Thinking Quicken may be the way to go but I can't fine which package would do this. If I do Quicken, I could use it to keep track of other household expenses, credit cards, etc. Note tracking is foremost, however. I used to have Quickbooks when I had a full-blown office but those days are gone.
I use my own Excel spreadsheet now but wish I had something better and more intuitive.
Thanks,
Mirko
