What county offers nonqualfying loans or 10% down to purchase TLC
Hi BP community. I am new to Bigger Pockets. I am interested in tax liens. I have gone through the process of funding my own tax lien and the foreclosure process. I have listened to Tony Martinez and Saen Higgings about nonqualifying loans in some counties or 10%down programs with certain counties. Does anyone know about this and some of the counties that offer this financing option?
