Looking for Company to handle Land Contact

Hi everyone,

I have a potential deal where I can buy a duplex at a very good price. I'd like to purchase the duplex and sell it to another investor on land contract. However, I don't want to handle the collecting of the money, writing up the paperwork or more importantly... foreclosing on the property if the investor can't finish the contract.

Are there companies that perform this service of handling the transactions of the land contract (collecting payments, keeping track of payment schedule, etc...)? And if so, does anyone have any references.

For collections on land contracts and notes I use Allied Servicing out of Spokane Valley Washington.  they handle Michigan accounts as well and will deal with the borrower if they don't pay, including managing the foreclosure process.  Cost is $18.50 a month- including escrows.
