Searching to see if a property has a lien on it

Does someone

know of any site that is going to tell me if a property has a lien on it or not? I'm in Orlando and I've gone to the comptroller website, but I don't think I am using it correctly. I don't see any search field to put a property address or anything like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Run title search. Best way to go if you are serious about laying out money on an investment.
