Any experiences or feedback on these?

I got an email on "Eddie Speed" and his Notes program. I was looking on the web, came across him being referenced here, and some one had suggested The Paper Source

So, while looking for info about them, I came across Charter Financial franchise, and heard a lot of mixed experiences with them. While researching the franchise, I came across these: noteinvestor.com and notesellerlist.com

If you were to recommend one, maybe two, of these sources to someone new to note, which would your recommend, and why?
