DOES ANYBODY KNOW ANYTHING ELSE ON TAX DEEDS

Scratch my last question. My state doesn't sell tax liens, which means I'll turn to learning about deeds. I keep seeing the same stuff over and over about about both liens and tax deeds. I understand liens are easier to make money on, but can you make money on deeds? Has anybody here done it?
