Tax Lien Analysis Software - Beta Testers and Discussion

Hi Investors, 

I’ve been developing a software that accomplishes the following. Trying to better understand if there’s interest in the capabilities or other types people would like to see. 

1. Allows for in program bidding

2. Individual tax lien analysis - risk adjusted annualized return pulled from AI algorithm 

3. View competitor bidders and historical data 

Starting with Florida and planning on expanding to the rest of the country if people are interested. 

As a tax lien investor, would you find any of these features useful? 
Are there any features you would like to see? 

If you’re interested in beta testing DM me or comment. Open to individual investors, but the software is geared more for a larger investment strategy for a more commercial approach (I.e. firms, PE companies, etc…)
