Starting out need a little help

Hi I’m starting out in tax overages/liens and I did research on everything, the last thing I need is help with getting the documents I would need could anyone help me out where I could find these

@Daniel Villa lopez in many areas collecting fees for helping collect tax lien surplus funds is considered predatory. I recomend you get an attorney familiar with tax sale to hlep you out with the documents.  Downloading a form from the internet or a guru is not the best way to go. 

I know "Talk to a lawyer" may not be what you to hear but this is an area where you need a professional. You should talk to an attorney that speciallizes in Tax sale or collections of some type.

 I would partner up with a title company who can assist in your questions and marketing.
